  4. Añada los 3 jarros de agua, y suba la temperatura hasta que empiece a hervir. (Uso esta medida)
  5. Rallamos la mitad del plátano y reservamos para después, igual reservamos las 2 cucharadas de cilantro picado.
  6. Cuando esté hirviendo, añada la lenteja y baje la temperatura, tapando parcialmente la olla, cocine aproximadamente unos 25 minutos o hasta que la lenteja esté blanda, (si nota que se está secando mucho ir agregando un poco más de agua)
  7. Cuando la lenteja esté blanda, Agregamos el plátano rallado esto ayudará a espesar, revolvemos cuidando que no se pegue, rectificamos de sal y pimienta, si es necesario agregamos un poquito más.
  8. Cocinamos por unos pocos minutos, hasta que el plátano esté cocinado y finalmente agregamos el cilantro picado revolvemos y listo, a disfrutar!
