- Luego agregarle los calditos de verdura...y condimento a gusto (yo ultilize, sal y pimienta, obviamente, ají molido, orégano, pimentón dulce) dejar unos 20 minutitos más...que se haga todo junto con el puré de tomate... agregar las papas.
- Luego de eso...(antes de realizar la salsa...obviamente que la lenteja las hervimos aparte...) Mientras se van cocinando las papas junto con la salsa, agregar las lentejas, dejar cocinando la salsita unos 15 minutos, cortar en cuadraditos la hamburguesa...y ponerla en la olla.
- Dejamos que se cocinen unos 20 minutitos masomenos, y le agregamos el arroz (a medida que van agregando las lentejas y todos los ingredientes, ir agregando agua, cuando haga falta, ya que la cantidad de ingredientes absorbe mucho la salsa, y seria muy malo, que se nos queme esta delicia jeje).
- 5to y último paso... Mientras todo se va cocinando a su tiempo...por último agregarle las salchichas cortadas o como más les guste, dejar 20 minutos, y wala.... Guiso de lenteja improvisado(con lo que tenemos en cuarentena) servir con pancito para acompañar y quesito rallado, para al que le guste!! Saludos y buen provecho!!! Espero les guste.
