- 750 grs roast beef
- c/n Aceite
- Salchicha parrillera
- 200 gr panceta ahumada
- 2 dientes ajo
- 1/2 vaso vino tinto
- c/n Sal y pimienta
- 1 cebolla
- 250 gr lentejas
- 2 cajas puré de tomate
- c/n Agua
- 3 hojas laurel
- 2 papas grandes
- 1 zanahoria grande
- 1/2 morrón rojo
- c/n Perejil
Steps to make to make Guiso de lentejas
- Cortamos la panceta y el roast beef en cubos.


- Luego, llevamos primero la panceta en una olla con un poco de aceite hasta dorar y retiramos.


- Luego de retirar la panceta en esa misma olla con la misma aceite tiramos la carne cortada en cubos y dejar hasta dorar.


- Retiramos la carne, y llevamos la salchicha parrillera a dorar de ambos lados(puede ser chorizo colorado también). Una vez dorado de ambos lados. Retiramos y cortamos en trozos a gusto. Y volvemos a sellar un poco más y retiramos.


- Tirar la cebolla, el ajo y el morrón rojo hasta dorar un poco. Después agregar la zanahoria cortada en cubos en la misma preparación y dejar unos minutos más.


- En la cacerola junto con los vegetales. Echar la panceta, la carne y la salchicha parrillera. Mezclamos bien, salpimentamos y le echamos un vaso de vino tinto. Esperamos a que evapore el alcohol y le echamos puré de tomate. Y 3 hojas de laurel y agua.


- Dejar unos minutos hasta que hierva toda la prepareacion y poner las papas cortadas en cubos(crudas pero bien lavadas para quitar el almidón lo más que se pueda). Dejar aproximadamente media hora a fuego medio bajo. Pasada la media hora(dependiendo el grosor de los cubos) agregarle las lentejas puestas en remojo toda la noche anterior.


- Ir agregando agua en caso de necesitar y dependiendo de que tan espeso o líquido quieran que les salga el guiso. Esperar a que se cocinen bien las lentejas, otra media hora aproximadamente y retirar.

- Servimos y le tiramos perejil fresco lavado por encima (personalmente le agrego queso rallado encima también) y a disfrutar. Espero que les sirva esta receta y la disfruten tanto como mi familia y yo.
