Agregamos salsa de tomate para integrar las lentejas con las verduras y cocinamos hasta obtener relleno. Dejamos enfriar.
  4. Con trocitos de queso fresco queda muy bien, hice ambos. Amasamos la masa que dejamos en reposo, hacemos bollitos y comenzaremos a amasar para hacer las tapas.
  5. Estiramos bien el bollo, colocamos el relleno (no mucho, así podemos cerrar).
  6. Llevamos al horno a 180°C por 40 minutos en asadera previamente aceitada y listo, a disfrutarlas !
