- 2 zanahorias medianas
- 3 hojitas laurel
- 1/2 kilo lomo

- 1 pizca sal
- 1 pizca orégano
- 2 papas medianas
- 1 diente ajo
- 2 cuch. aceite
- 1 taza arroz
