- Añadimos agua fría que cubra dos dedos por encima las lentejas (2-3L por cada 500 gr de lentejas). Ponemos a fuego alto hasta que hierva (esto evita que se despellejen) y luego dejamos cocer unos 50 minutos tapado a fuego medio/bajo
- Una vez cocidas ponemos una sartén con aceite, añadimos un diente de ajo cortado en rodajas para dorarlo. Lo quitamos de la sartén y añadimos un poquito de pimentón dulce
- Echamos el sofrito a la olla de lentejas y dejamos cocer 5 minutos más
