  1. En una buena cacerola, de esas que no se pega nada, ponemos un chorrito de aceite y doramos la carne cortada en cubitos
  2. Una vez sellada la carne agregamos, la cebolla, el morrón, la zanahoria y el ajo. Yo los tengo picados en aceite y guardados en un lindo frasco.
  3. Una vez que transparento la cebolla, agrego el tomate picado y el puré, para que se forme una rica salsa. Mi secreto es #porunmundomejor guardar en el freezer todos los tomates frescos que me sobran de otras comidas y mixearlos para las salsas... amo la salsa con 🍅 fresquito
  4. Cuando rompe hervor le agrego las papas en cubitos. Lo mismo cuando vuelva a hervir hago con la batata y el chori colorado...
  5. Siempre a fuego bien bajito, para que la carne elimine el colágeno y salga súper tierna. Cuando vuelva a romper hervor después de agregar las batatas y el chori, le ponemos el ingrediente principal, las lentejas hervidas previamente, unos 30 o 45 minutos,(depende diez lenteja o lentejon)no muy cocidas para que se terminen de cocinar en el juguito de la salsa
  6. A partir de ahí, espera a que las papas estén blanditas y si es necesario rectificar la sal... y listo a disfrutar!!!
