- Cuando la cebolla esté pochada, ponemos la panceta y el chorizo a cachos para que se selle
- Después ponemos una cucharada de pimentón (yo si el chorizo no es picante le pongo del que pica, me gusta que piquen un poquito) Removemos bien un minuto, añadimos las lentejas para que se mezclen con todo el aceite y los ingredientes y llenamos la olla de agua
- La ponemos a hervir, ponemos sal, echamos el hueso de jamón, dejamos a fuego medio bajo y esperamos unos 15 minutos
- Ponemos la zanahoria pelada y cortada en trozos, esperamos otros 15 minutos con el agua hirviendo. También le suelo meter un tomate entero para luego mezclarlo en el plato, o podéis ponerle una cuchara de tomate frito o no ponerlo como queráis
- Por último van las patatas y las dejamos otros 15 minutos o hasta que estén listas. En los últimos 5 minutos podemos meter la morcilla
