Remover todo y continuar friendo 2-3 min. Añadir la zanahoria. Sazonar con sal, pimienta y pimentón. [Dejar 3min más]
  3. Añadir agua fría y las lentejas, para que hiervan lentamente.
  4. Pasada media hora de cocción, retirar la carne para que el sabor del chorizo y la morcilla no sean muy intensos.
  5. Bajar la temperatura a fuego lento y mantener la cocción media hora más; hasta que las lentejas estén tiernas.
  6. Dejar que las lentejas (junto con la morcilla y el chorizo) reposen unos minutos, et voilà!
