  2. Después hago el sofrito con cebolla, ajo, pimiento verde y rojo etc, yo echo todo casi junto con ligera variación de tiempo, el único que echo al final es el tomate
  3. A continuación o mientras se hace el sofrito pongo las lentejas con el chorizo, la panceta, el hueso, el laurel y el pimentón y las pastillas de starlux, lo cubro de largo con agua y lo pongo a calentar
  4. Cuando el sofrito esta echo lo paso por la batidora para deshacerlo todo y que quede como una pasta, así no se encuentran trozos de cebolla o pimiento que hay a quien no le gusta y sigue dándole todo el sabor, el aceite del sofrito sirve para el guisado de las lentejas
  5. Dejar hervir 30 minutos a fuego lento, añadirle la patata en trozos, a los 5 minutos añadirle un puñado de arroz y dejar cocer el tiempo que diga el paquete para que se haga, retirarlo y servir
