- Mientras cuece, picamos muy fina la cebolla, ponemos AOVE a fuego muy, muy bajo y hacemos la cebolla unos 20 minutos. Entonces añadimos el azúcar moreno



- Rehogamos 2-3 minutos y retiramos del fuego. Reservamos

- Ponemos una sartén con AOVE a fuego fuerte y freímos los tomates cherry y los pimientos. A los 2-3 minutos sacamos los tomates y reservamos, dejamos hasta que se hagan los pimientos


- Emplatamos las lentejas, y encima los tomates cherry fritos. Acompañamos con los pimientos y la cebolla caramelizada
