- Pelar y cortar las patatas en trozos no muy grandes y añadirlas a las lentejas. Cocer unos 10' más o hasta que la patata esté tierna, con la olla tapada.

- Una vez la patata está tierna y las lentejas han espesado, triturarlo todo hasta que quede un puré (si han quedado muy caldosas, retirar un poco del caldo sino el puré quedará muy líquido). Rectificar de sal si es necesario.


- Hervir un huevo con una pizca de sal y un chorrito de vinagre. Cuando empiece a hervir dejar en el fuego 10 minutos más y retirar.
- Emplatar poniendo el puré, encima un poquito del sofrito que habíamos reservado al principio, unos taquitos de huevo duro y un chorrito de vinagre.
