- Añadimos el trozo de paletilla y el pimiento seco yo le echo uno entero (uno en la olla y otro en el sofrito) y la sal y la cabeza de ajos entera
- A continuación cortamos la cebolla en trozos pequeños y la zanahoria
- Echamos una cantidad de aceite considerable para freírlo todo (pero sin pasarnos ya que es el aceite que llevará la comida)
- Echamos la cebolla y la zanahoria el pimiento Seco
- Añadimos sal, pimienta, las hierbas provenzales y sofreímos todo también podemos echar ajo en polvo
- Cuando esté sofrito añadimos un poco de pimentón y echamos un chorreón de tomate frito
- Cuando esté todo bien frito yo lo dejo reposar un poco y luego lo paso por la batidora
- Añades la verdura pasada a la olla
- Pelamos las patatas en gajos y a continuación las añadimos
- Yo en este caso he elegido las lentejas ya cocidas porque se quedan más blanditas las lavamos un poco y las reservamos
- Añadimos las espinacas y el trozo de longaniza
- Cuando las patatas estén casi echas pues echamos las lentejas y dejamos cocer todo
- Cuando estén las patatas ya apagamos y listo, reposar y servir
