  4. En una olla con agua ponemos la patata picada a gajos y las lentejas pues yo las pongo a ojo..pero si no pues como el arroz..(puñadito por persona)
  5. Añadimos la zanahoria en rodajitas, el sofrito ya triturado el pollo ya listo choricito (yo no lo paso por la sartén, directamente cortadito en rodajas y a la olla) también ponemos el azafrán y como no nuestro Avecrem y la hojita de laurel
  6. Las dejamos a fuego lento y vamos controlando hasta que la patata este cocida y la lenteja blandita!
