- Un consejo si veis que esta un poco caldoso para vuestro gusto no quiteis caldo, mientras hierve podéis añadir unas cucharadas soperas de pan rallado. En principio podéis añadir dos y dejar cocer 5 minutos para ver cuanto espesa, si veis que no es suficiente añadir un par más y esperar otros 5 minutos, en principio no debería hacer falta más, si os pasáis al espesar podéis añadir medio vasito de agua.
