  3. Añadimos chorizo, patatas y zanahorias y lo marcamos junto al ajo y la cebolla se puede subir un poco más el fuego.
  4. Echamos el tomate, el pimentón dulce y picante y sal al gusto. Hacemos un sofrito.
  5. Echamos el vaso de vino y subimos el fuego al máximo para quemar el alcohol y removemos.
  6. Echamos las lentejas.
  7. Añadir las medidas de agua necesaria hasta que cubra todo el contenido
  8. Cerramos la olla (al Nº 2), la ponemos a fuegomáximo y cuando empieza a hervir lo ponemos a fuego medio.
  9. Lo ponemos a fuego medio durante 20 minutos.
  10. Apagamos fuego y ponemos la olla modo desvaporizar. Esperemos hasta que deje de soltar el vapor y ya podemos abrirla.
  11. Si se desea se puede apartar la verdutra y tirutarla para añadrila posteriormente.
  12. Plato listo para comer.
